1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Orchid Luxe ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services. These terms apply to charter bookings, tour packages, concierge services, and any other travel services we provide.
2. Services Description
Orchid Luxe provides private aircraft charter services, curated tour packages, executive ground transportation, and concierge travel services across Kenya and East Africa. Services are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
3. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Orchid Luxe and our suppliers. A booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and receive the required deposit. For tour packages, dates, accommodations, and experiences may vary based on supplier availability.
Lead Times: Charter requests are best made 48+ hours in advance. Tour packages and safari experiences should be booked as early as possible for peak travel periods.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or US Dollars (USD) as specified. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Payment schedules vary by service and supplier and are confirmed on your invoice.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees vary based on supplier policies, travel dates, and service type. We will confirm the exact fee structure at the time of booking.
6. Safety and Regulations
All aviation services comply with Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) regulations. Guests must comply with safety briefings and on-site rules for aircraft, lodges, parks, and vehicles.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
7. Baggage and Personal Items
Baggage allowances vary by aircraft type and charter routing. For safari airstrips, soft bags and weight limits may apply. We are not liable for loss or damage to baggage unless caused by our gross negligence.
8. Liability Limitations
Orchid Luxe maintains comprehensive insurance coverage as required by law. Our liability for any claims is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, air traffic control, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
